Refund Policy for Coaching Services

At Ryan Searles Coaching, we are committed to providing exceptional coaching services to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.

Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your coaching session. To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:

1. Refund Request Period: You must request a refund within 7 days of your coaching session.

2. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@ryansearles-coach.com with your name, the date of the coaching session, and the reason for your refund request.

3. Refund Approval: Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.

4. Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Exceptions

Please note that refunds are not available for:

• Coaching sessions that have been rescheduled more than once.

• Coaching packages that have been partially used.
