Cancellation Policy for Coaching Services

At Ryan Searles Coaching, we strive to provide the highest quality coaching services. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your session. Our policy is designed to accommodate these changes while ensuring fairness to all clients.

Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Emergency Cancellations:

   • Non-emergency cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session.

   • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be charged in full.
     

2. Emergency Cancellations:

   • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible.
     

Rescheduling Policy

1. Rescheduling Non-Emergency Cancellations:

   • Non-emergency cancellations must be rescheduled within 5 business days of the original scheduled time.

   • If the session is not rescheduled within this period, it will be charged in full.
     

2. Rescheduling Emergency Cancellations:

   • Emergency cancellations must also be rescheduled within 5 business days of the original scheduled time.

   • If the session is not rescheduled within this period, it will be charged in full.
